Work Terms & Conditions

1. Project Scope: WebCareMedia will provide IT, website, software, application, and digital services according to the agreed project scope and requirements.
2. Payment Terms: The client agrees to make payments according to the agreed quotation or invoice. Work may begin after receipt of the required advance payment.
3. Project Changes: Any additional features, revisions, or requirements outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges and/or extended delivery time.
4. Delivery & Approval: The completed work will be delivered according to the agreed timeline, subject to receiving all required content, information, approvals, and cooperation from the client.
5. Third-Party Services: Domain, hosting, plugins, APIs, software licenses, payment gateways, and other third-party services are subject to their respective providers’ terms, availability, and charges.
6. Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate content, credentials, materials, and approvals required to complete the project.
7. Maintenance & Support: Any maintenance or support included in the project will be provided only for the agreed period and under the agreed conditions. Issues caused by third-party services, unauthorized modifications, or client-side changes may incur additional charges.
8. Cancellation & Refunds: Once development work has commenced, payments may be non-refundable for work already completed, resources purchased, or third-party expenses incurred.
9. Intellectual Property: Upon receipt of full payment, the client will receive the agreed rights to the final project deliverables, subject to any third-party licenses or restrictions.
10. Acceptance: By approving the quotation, making payment, or commencing the project, the client confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
