Term And Condition

Terms & Conditions — Web Care Media

1. Services and Scope of Work

Web Care Media provides professional IT and digital services, including website design and development, mobile application development, software development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, maintenance, hosting assistance, and other technology-related services. The exact scope of work, features, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon with the client before the project begins. Any additional requirements outside the agreed scope may be treated as extra work and may incur additional charges.

2. Payment and Project Terms

Clients are required to make payments according to the agreed payment schedule or quotation. Work may begin after receipt of the required advance payment. Any remaining balance must be paid upon completion or before final delivery, deployment, source-code handover, or transfer of project ownership, as agreed. Payments made for completed work, third-party services, licenses, plugins, APIs, hosting, or other non-refundable expenses may not be refundable.

3. Project Approval, Changes and Delivery

Web Care Media will make reasonable efforts to complete projects according to the approved requirements. Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, information, credentials, images, documents, and feedback required for development. Delays caused by the client, including delayed approvals, missing information, or changes in requirements, may affect the delivery timeline. Major changes or new features requested after approval may require additional time and charges. A project will be considered delivered once the agreed deliverables have been provided, deployed, or made available to the client for review.

4. Maintenance, Third-Party Services and Responsibilities

Where maintenance or support is included, Web Care Media will provide support according to the agreed terms. Free maintenance, if offered, generally covers correction of errors caused by our development work and does not automatically cover third-party services, hosting issues, security breaches, malware, unauthorized modifications, server problems, expired licenses, or changes made by the client or another developer. Third-party services such as hosting, domains, payment gateways, APIs, plugins, themes, and software licenses are subject to their respective providers’ terms and availability.

5. Intellectual Property, Liability and Acceptance

Upon full payment, the client will receive the agreed project deliverables and usage rights, subject to any third-party licenses and the written project agreement. Web Care Media may retain ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable components, methods, and know-how. The client confirms that all materials supplied to Web Care Media may be used for the project and do not knowingly infringe third-party rights. To the extent permitted by law, Web Care Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of profits, data loss, downtime, or issues caused by third parties or circumstances outside its reasonable control. By approving the quotation, project scope, deliverables, or final work, the client agrees to these terms. These Terms & Conditions may be updated when necessary, and the latest version published on this website will apply.
